Export your data
Download everything you've put into Fyncora as CSV, whenever you want, without asking anyone.

Your data leaves as easily as it arrived. There's no support request, no waiting period, and no "contact us to discuss your options".
Export from the app
- Open Settings → Privacy.
- Select Export data.
- Choose what to include.
- Download the file.
You'll get CSV files you can open in any spreadsheet — transactions with their dates, amounts, categories, accounts and tags, plus your accounts, budgets, goals and habits.
Tip: a periodic export is a decent backup habit in its own right, and it's the file you'd hand to an accountant.
What's in the export
- Transactions — every row, in the currency it was recorded in, with account, category and tags.
- Accounts — names, types, currencies and current balances.
- Budgets, goals, habits — their definitions and current progress.
- Documents — the metadata (what a document is, which purchase it belongs to, warranty dates). The files themselves live in your own Google Drive, so they're already yours.
Note: amounts export exactly as they were recorded, not converted to your base currency. That's deliberate — a converted number is an approximation, and an export should be the source of truth.
Deleting instead
Exporting doesn't delete anything. If you want your account and its data gone, see Delete your account — and export first if you want a copy.
FAQ
Is there an API? Premium includes an MCP connector, which lets your own AI tools read your data directly. See Connect your own AI.
Can I import the export back later? Yes — the transactions CSV can be re-imported through the normal import wizard.
Do I need Premium to export? No. Getting your own data out is not a paid feature.
